To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (size preference, color choice, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
