This is a handy hack you will no doubt not want to miss fellow peregrinos! Not only will it save your bacon, it will also save you money! (I promise!)

As you can imagine, walking for hours a day & for weeks on end can have a rather dramatic effect on your midsection...YAY! BUT, while that would typically be awesome you have a new problem; your hip belt is no longer proving effective and your pack is no longer supported by your hips. Sigh...

The Camino, despite all the romantic notions it evokes, is not all wine and roses, um...I mean poppies, and that's ok! After all, it's a pilgrimage! I also understand everyone is different and have different tastes and opinions (and diets), these are just mine. That said, if you have a similar take on the food offered on the menu, these are some easy tips, and tricks to get you thru that worked well for me!
