This is a handy hack you will no doubt not want to miss fellow peregrinos! Not only will it save your bacon, it will also save you money! (I promise!)

If you are currently gearing up for your Camino, this is one crucial element you won't want to skimp on...your Underwear! I know, I know, sounds like such a simple matter, but I assure you, it is not. Get this piece wrong and you could be in for a world of pain!

So, there you are--Day 3 of rain, deep into the heart of your Camino, shoes soaked, feet freezing, and you're starting to wonder if "squishy" is the new normal. Sound familiar, fellow peregrino? Fear not! I’ve tangled & tangoed with shoe disasters of every kind on the Camino and eventually, emerged victorious, dry and ready for whatever else St. James could throw at me... so you don't have to!

As you can imagine, walking for hours a day & for weeks on end can have a rather dramatic effect on your midsection...YAY! BUT, while that would typically be awesome you have a new problem; your hip belt is no longer proving effective and your pack is no longer supported by your hips. Sigh...

The Camino, despite all the romantic notions it evokes, is not all wine and roses, um...I mean poppies, and that's ok! After all, it's a pilgrimage! I also understand everyone is different and have different tastes and opinions (and diets), these are just mine.
